Mental Wellbeing for All is our Ethos

Every day, people around the world continue to struggle with mental health challenges.

The World Health Organization reports that suicide accounts for more than 1 in 100 deaths globally and remains one of the leading causes of death among young people. Even though mental health is foundational to our wellbeing, it is still widely neglected, under-resourced, and stigmatized.

At Prakaya, we believe mental health care should be accessible to everyone.

That’s why for every corporate workshop we host, we commit to offering a free workshop for communities in need; including refugees, migrants, and underserved social workers along the Thailand–Myanmar border, among others. Our work with organizations directly enables us to support groups who have the least access to wellbeing resources yet need them the most.

Our mission is to remove the stigma around mental health and bring accessible knowledge, tools, and practices to people everywhere, helping individuals move from survival mode into thrive mode.

It’s a big dream, and we can’t do it alone but every workplace that chooses to invest in wellbeing becomes part of this movement.

Join us in making mental health care accessible for all by redefining your workplace wellbeing.
